Urgent Requirement For Accountant

- Maintain accurate financial records by documenting all transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.

- Prepare and present financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Process and verify invoices from suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely payments.

- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue payments, and manage collections to maintain healthy cash flow.

- Calculate and prepare tax returns, including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes, ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities.

- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, collaborating with various departments to align financial goals.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, comparing actual results with budgeted figures and providing insights into variances.

- Oversee inventory accounting, ensuring accurate valuation and timely recording of stock movements.

- Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) and gross profit margins to identify opportunities for margin improvement.

- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

- Prepare necessary documentation for internal and external audits.

- Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

- Conduct regular audits of financial processes and transactions to detect and prevent errors or fraud.

- Communicate financial information effectively to management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to gather necessary financial data and support business objectives.
