Roles and Responsibilities of the Vendor Support Team at site
Recruitment - On boarding Support:
Pre Interview activities (Gate entry, Seat allocation)
Document collection & verification
Filling up the boarding forms
Interview formalities Coordination with DL Recruitment team
To coordinate with GS for Lunch arrangement for new recruits
Boarding Data (PMS) submission to HR
Coordinate with HR for Biometric formalities
ID card hand over to new Recruits
Coordinate with HR for Induction to new recruits
Shift schedule communication to new recruits
Bus details (Boarding point and Timing details communication with new recruits)
Hand over to HR on respective shift on 1st day
To have standard SOPs (Induction at field) to communicate new recruits while sourcing which can help us to arrest infant attrition.
New recruits to be tracked for a month.
Absentees analysis to make phone calls to shift wise Absentees and understand the reasons and encourage DL to come to shift regularly, without absent.
Communication to DL on rewards and special announcements by using public announcement system in the canteen during break time.
Pay slips distribution to DL on time in every month
DL Grievance Handling - Salary Grievances, Transport Grievances, Weekly Off changes, ESD wear concerns etc.
Disciplinary actions on DL Misconduct: Suspension, Warning letter issue & Termination by coordinating with ER (Disciplinary actions DL violating SOPs at workplace & Indulging in improper behavior at workplace)
Attrition analysis: To make phone calls to left DL on monthly basis and encourage them to rejoin us.
Managing people at canteen during break time (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Managing people at parking area during Shift In & Shift Out
Health Emergency: To extend support to DL on health emergency by coordinating with concern HR / GS / EHS / Parents.
DL Health Support: Taking DL to clinic and coordinate with HR / EHS who ever not well at workplace.
