key responsibilities:
full-cycle recruitment
manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
handle both permanent and contract roles.
candidate sourcing & pipeline management
source candidates via linkedin, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple markets.
client & stakeholder management
partner with clients to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
regularly update clients on candidate progress and market insights.
market expertise
stay updated with labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and employment regulations in us, uk, aus, and ca.
advise clients on competitive hiring strategies for international markets.
metrics & reporting
meet recruitment kpis: number of placements, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, client satisfaction.
maintain accurate records in ats (applicant tracking system) and generate weekly/monthly reports.
candidate experience
ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
manage communication, feedback, and follow-ups professionally.
