Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing Front Office

Attending calls and handling company inquiries

Handling Administration tasks of the front office.

Sorting and Distributing mails to the concerned department.

Inter-office coordination.

Organize and maintain files and records, Attendance of employees

All other related work assigned by management

Desired Candidate Profile

-The Candidate must has excellent written and communication skills.

- Must be fluent in spoken English Language

- Has prior experience in handling customers and their queries.

-Only Females Preferred

-Should have good hold in MS EXCEL.
