candidate must have experience of handling electrical part of trucks, he must be able to ride a bike or car in terms of urgent breakdown. salary slip is mandatory to get hikes on your current or last drawn salary.

1. Rectifying Electrical problems

2. Knows how to connect Laptop for diagnosis

3. Diagnosis by multimeter

4. Knows electrical concepts

5. Checking sensors and replacing them if needed

6. Wire repairing, troubleshooting, replacement.

7. Checking the battery, replacing water

8. Alternator repair & Starter repair

To take PRE ROAD TRAIL and final test drive for of all Repeat Complaints with

customer.

Analyse and initiate appropriate measures for recurrence prevention to reduce Repeat

Complaints and Revisits.

Identifying and impart Training to Workshop Team.

Escalation with THD for any unresolved diagnostic issues.

To be present in the Diagnostic Bay with the Diagnostic Software and other Diagnostic

tools

Check all job cards(as per tracking sheet) individually and guide/supervise/inspect the

technicians on usage of CLT and diagnosis

Take up any unresolved issue with the THD with all Data / Checklists / DIR

Take 100% final road trail for all Repeat Complaint vehicles and other vehicles which

you have taken pre road trail after completion of jobs

Giving continuous on Job training to the Technicians on usage of Special Tools and CLTs

Monitor skill levels of mechanics through above analysis and recommend candidates for CTC trainings to
