1. You are expected to make 10 quality & productive hospital & doctor call everyday which is a must.
2. You will make all efforts, apply your skills and knowledge & use your relationship to make every doctor & hospital call productive & ensure generation of orders during your meeting with doctors/administrative staff & beyond meetings through reminders.
3. Every day you will have to make coverage of your listed doctors and hospitals as per visit plan to the extent of minimum 95% i.e. with triple, double & single visit as stipulated in a month failing which financial/disciplinary action might be taken against you.
4. You have been appointed to regularly visit quality doctors/hospitals having at least 40-50 patients per day and promote your targeted products to them and generate orders from those calls/visit to create market demand of the products. If you fail to create sufficient market demand by your working activities in the doctor’s/hospital chamber and unable to meet your monthly sales objective of secondary and primary business to the extent of 100% but not less than 80% the reimbursement will be made accordingly as stipulated in annexure-1.
5. If you fail to achieve 80% of business target in any month your reimbursement will be deducted by Rs. 3000/- in that month without any consideration.
6. You will promote right products to right doctors and generate orders. Doing wrong promotion If found, action will be taken against you.
7. You will work both morning & evening (10am-7:30pm) as per the availability of the doctors/consultants in that area.
8. You will be responsible for achieving your area sales target month after month by generating orders from the doctor/hospital.
9. Promotion of the company’s product as per the provided guidelines.
10. 100% strategy implementation.
11. Preparation of monthly sales report
12. To clear all market outstanding of your operational area.
13. Collection of order adhering to our credit policy system.
