Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure that AMC schedule is followed. All maintenance is carried out as per schedule.

Coordinate with vendors for operation & maintenance of elevators, electrical panels, UPS,

pumps, FF system maintenance, FAS maintenance, HVAC system maintenance, stack

parking system maintenance, DG maintenance...etc.

To maintain records of statutory compliance documents . lift inspection reports by OEM,

lift inspection report by govt. electrical inspector, DG electricity consumption report to govt.

electrical inspector, DG emission monitoring, DG noise monitoring, drinking water testing

reports, fire NOCs, FF & FAS half yearly report (FORM B) to govt. fire department,

calibration of equipments, different types of work permits.....etc.

Preparing submittals for getting quotations for all MEP works.

Directing electricians, plumbers, carpenter, fire technician, mason where to work.

Issuing certificates and work permits to work.

Maintaining electrical spares stock levels to meet future demand.

Having regular meeting with client and contractors for smooth running of the project.

Site inspection and co-ordination of complete MEP work.

Carrying out daily site inspections.

Monitoring the effectiveness of work schedules and working methods.

Keeping records of employee payroll and timesheets.

Support soft services team for engineering support.

Recruit and train the maintenance staff.

To ensure that all documentation is maintained such as complaint Book, job cards etc.

Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
