k9hr solutions is looking for technical assistanat who has supposed to

1. technical expertise:*

- possess knowledge of *is 694, is 1554, and is 7098* standards.

- stay updated on industry regulations and technical specifications related to cables.

2. *customer & sales support:*

- resolve *technical queries* from customers and the sales team efficiently.

- provide technical guidance and clarification on product specifications and applications.

3. *documentation & erp management:*

- prepare *technical datasheets* and bill of materials (bom) for cables.

- accurately maintain and update records in the *erp (capbro) system*.

4. *data management:*

- utilize *microsoft excel* for data entry, analysis, and reporting.

- generate reports and maintain organized technical documentation.

### *skills & qualifications:*

- strong understanding of *cable standards and specifications*.

- proficiency in *erp systems* (capbro preferred).

- basic to intermediate skills in *microsoft excel*.

- excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
