6. Driving the adoption of the best practices around coding, design, quality, performance

7. Experiment with new & relevant technologies and tools, and drive adoption

8. Implementation of long term technology vision for the organization

9. Responsible for the architecture of all the products; ensuring it is aligned to the requirements.
