galactix solutions is seeking experienced us talent acquisition specialists / opt recruiters to drive end-to-end us it recruitment, with a strong focus on opt hiring and immigration processes. this role is ideal for recruiters looking to build a long-term career in us staffing.

key responsibilities:

manage full-cycle recruitment for opt, h1b, gc, and senior it consultants.

source candidates via job boards (dice, monster, careerbuilder), linkedin, universities, and training institutes.

build and maintain a strong pipeline of opt/cpt and other work-authorized candidates.

onboard senior consultants and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.

maintain candidate data in ats/crm and provide regular hiring updates.

collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with business needs.

requirements:

3-12 years of us it recruitment experience with expertise in opt hiring.

strong knowledge of us immigration policies, visa types, and tax terms (w2, c2c, 1099).

proficiency in sourcing platforms and university networks.

excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
