1)Understand Customer profile & their needs
2)Reach out to parents & students through diverse methods including telecalling
3)Advice students & parents learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions
4)Fix appointments and conduct Online demo sessions on daily basis including follow up session
5)Suggest appropriate solutions to customer needs
6)Handle Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue
Education/ Experience:
•Experienced as a admission counsellor or in similar role to generate sales
•Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
•Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
•Learn/ Upgrade ones own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target (s)
Other Competencies:
•Good communication skills in English and being multilinguistic is an added advantage
•Confident & Strong sales, negotiation and convincing skills
•Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
