Strategic Planner Internship

Qualitas Global Services is looking to hire a graduate intern with a background in Strategy Planning.

This intern would work out of our office in Pune on a variety of projects. (Interviews will be carried out after Lockdown & this is not a Work From Home employment).

The right candidate will have great communication, organizational & leadership skills skills, proficiency in advanced English along with great skills in Powerpoint / Excel & strong data visualization skills.

The internship will be for 3 to 6 months and based on the intern's performance, they will be retained with our organisation.

This candidate will help the Management in -

Defining our companys direction and develop strategic plans to realize our business objectives & shape the companys overall business strategy including Digital Marketing.

Strategic thinking is the most important skill in this role. You should also be analytical with strong organizational abilities.

Independently conduct market research, data analysis & research competition to identify threats & opportunities.

Analyze industry trends, market changes etc. & translate data & information into actionable insights & business recommendations utilizing best in class story telling & engaging communication.

Research competition to identify threats & opportunities.

Utilize tools including root cause analysis, strategy mapping, fishbone diagrams etc. to determine progress towards goals, as needed.

Ability to effectively work with others, well organized & able to multi-task.

Educate senior executives in making effective decisions.

Prior experience as a Strategic Planner (no matter how short), would be an added advantage.

Skills Required

Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
