Job Responsibilities :
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues,
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem,
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (. software developers),
Prepare accurate and timely reports,
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals,
Install & Training Project to client for smooth running,
Using remote desktop connections to provide immediate client support,
Collect all requirement and functional gaps in projects according to client,
knowledge of SQL Query writing and report designing,
Good analytical, logical and communication skills ,
Provides Online/Onsite Support ,
Onsite Project Testing ,
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
0-2 Yrs relevant experience.
Preference experience in Health Care domain.
