role overview:
hashtag#as a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and generating revenue by selling custom web development solutions - including websites, web applications, and portals.
responsibilities:
- identify and pursue new business opportunities for custom website and web application development projects.
- understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions in collaboration with our development team.
- generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- deliver compelling presentations and product demos based on client pain points and industry needs.
- prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
- build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to scope and propose accurate, feasible solutions.
- keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to improve your sales approach.
- provide feedback to the technical team to help refine our service offerings.
- requirement to close a minimum of one project per month.
requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in software sales, it services, or business development (preferably in web or digital solutions).
- strong ability to identify client needs and propose custom web development solutions.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup/freelance environment.
- demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- ability to manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure and handover.
- basic understanding of website technologies (., cms platforms, ecommerce, and front b end/back-end concepts) is a plus.
