Role Overview:
hashtag#As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and generating revenue by selling custom web development solutions �� including websites, web applications, and portals.
Responsibilities:
�� Identify and pursue new business opportunities for custom website and web application development projects.
�� Understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions in collaboration with our development team.
�� Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
�� Deliver compelling presentations and product demos based on client pain points and industry needs.
�� Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
�� Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
�� Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to scope and propose accurate, feasible solutions.
�� Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to improve your sales approach.
�� Provide feedback to the technical team to help refine our service offerings.
�� Requirement to close a minimum of one project per month.
Requirements:
�� 2��5+ years of experience in software sales, IT services, or business development (preferably in web or digital solutions).
�� Strong ability to identify client needs and propose custom web development solutions.
�� Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
�� Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup/freelance environment.
�� Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
�� Ability to manage the entire sales cycle �� from prospecting to deal closure and handover.
�� Basic understanding of website technologies (., CMS platforms, ecommerce, and front B end/back-end concepts) is a plus.
