role overview:

responsibilities:
�� identify and pursue new business opportunities for custom website and web application development projects.
�� understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions in collaboration with our development team.
�� generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
�� deliver compelling presentations and product demos based on client pain points and industry needs.
�� prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
�� build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
�� collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to scope and propose accurate, feasible solutions.
�� keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to improve your sales approach.
�� provide feedback to the technical team to help refine our service offerings.
�� requirement to close a minimum of one project per month.
requirements:
�� 2��5+ years of experience in software sales, it services, or business development (preferably in web or digital solutions).
�� strong ability to identify client needs and propose custom web development solutions.
�� excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
�� self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup/freelance environment.
�� demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
�� ability to manage the entire sales cycle �� from prospecting to deal closure and handover.
�� basic understanding of website technologies (., cms platforms, ecommerce, and front b end/back-end concepts) is a plus.
