Role Overview:
hashtag#As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and generating revenue by selling custom web development solutions - including websites, web applications, and portals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for custom website and web application development projects.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions in collaboration with our development team.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos based on client pain points and industry needs.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts to close deals efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to scope and propose accurate, feasible solutions.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to improve your sales approach.
- Provide feedback to the technical team to help refine our service offerings.
- Requirement to close a minimum of one project per month.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in software sales, IT services, or business development (preferably in web or digital solutions).
- Strong ability to identify client needs and propose custom web development solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup/freelance environment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure and handover.
- Basic understanding of website technologies (., CMS platforms, ecommerce, and front B end/back-end concepts) is a plus.
