The Swiss Shakti Foundation is looking for several Social Media Managers looking to thrive in a complex environment and have mastered the art of social media campaign development and audience engagement. As a Social Media Manager, we are looking for several people to work together as a team to create brand awareness and engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

This is a hands-on position where you will

co-own campaign development

define the content strategies and schedule

lead social media campaigns and content development

audience engagement

analyze the KPIs for social media platforms and experience utilizing social media management platforms such as Hootsuite, Social Pilot, Agorapulse, Buffer, or similar platforms

a/b split test campaigns and review the campaign audience reach and engagement metrics with partners, stakeholders, and more.

As a member of the co-lead development, you will maintain an agile environment that produces engaging and relevant content. The outcome will shed light on the open-source community's superior, coordinated talent to deliver Peer-to-Peer (P2P) exchange of goods and services as a self-serving platform for the masses. This will be a substantial undertaking for Social Media Managers to oversee the development and work collaboratively with 600+ virtual IT personals. This is more than just a job -- it is an opportunity to play a consequential role in the blockchain-powered digital money (crypto) revolution and shape and build a socially responsible solution that will shape our society.

Responsibilities

Identify and plan for campaign development and to achieve major milestones; handle different teams efficiently in order to collaborate towards the completion of the project.

Ability to work autonomously on the project while also operating with a teamwork mentality.

Ability to create and implement a strategy for quality coordination and a/b split testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified campaign issues.
