Roles and Responsibilities:

Day to day management of the sites

Supervision of staff at sites

Interpretation and execution of architectural drawings

Compile job specs, regulate and supervise on going work at sites

Resolve design development problems or any technical difficulties at sites

Material inspection at sites

Ensure smooth running of projects

Ensure all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the given specifications

Checking Measurements

Proper documentation & maintenance of daily log.
