looking for two wheeler workshop service advisor for renowned multibrand company in chennai

candidates should have the below mentioned skills:

* must have previous experience in service centre

* need to have relevant knowledge of two wheelers to communicate properly with technician and customer

* candidate must have skill in handling customers queries and explaining relevant issues in the bike to the customer

* candidate should be able to handle daily customer billing

* must guide the technician and help in providing insight into the issues in the bike

* need to have 6 to 10 yrs working experience

* should be able to handle customer complaints and resolve it at the earliest

* candidate should be able to manage workshop manpower effectively and deliver bikes as per the customer commitment
