overview

we are looking for an experienced ux designer with around 6 years of experience in delivering user-centered digital products. the ideal candidate should be strong in ux research, interaction design, prototyping, and must also have hands-on experience using ai tools, prompt engineering, and chatgpt-based workflows to accelerate design processes.

key responsibilities

lead end-to-end ux design for web and mobile applications.

conduct user research, interviews, competitive analysis, and usability tests.

convert research insights into clear ux strategies, user flows, and interaction patterns.

create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity ui designs using figma or similar tools.

use chatgpt and other ai tools to generate design ideas, ux flows, content, microcopy, and research summaries.

apply prompt engineering techniques to improve design efficiency and accelerate workflows.

collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality features.

maintain and contribute to design systems and documentation.

review builds and provide ux/ui feedback before launch.

mentor junior designers and help the team adopt ai-driven design practices.

required skills & experience

6+ years of professional ux/ui design experience.

strong portfolio with complex web/mobile projects and problem-solving examples.

expertise in figma, sketch, adobe xd, or similar design tools.

solid understanding of ux research methods, usability heuristics, and accessibility principles.

ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly experiences.

excellent communication and presentation skills.

hands-on experience with ai tools: chatgpt, midjourney, uizard, galileo ai, and other design-assist platforms.

prompt engineering skills: crafting, testing, and optimizing prompts for ux design, content creation, and user research tasks.

nice-to-have

knowledge of prototyping tools like framer, protopie, or axure.

basic understanding of html, css, or webflow.

experience using ai to automate research, wireframing, or content generation.
