prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet targets.

 coordinate with planning, production, procurement, quality, and logistics teams for

smooth workflow.

 assign and balance machine loads for optimal utilization.

 monitor machine performance and resolve bottlenecks to maximize output.

 analyze production variances and implement corrective actions to reduce wastage and

rejection.

 manage inventory and materials planning using erp/mrp systems.

 maintain dashboards for plan vs actual, machine efficiency, and rejections.

 lead continuous improvement initiatives such as kaizen, 5s, and lean manufacturing.

 collaborate with stakeholders including procurement, sales, and external vendors.

 support new product introductions and line expansions with planning input
