The Senior HR Consultant is expected have strong experience in HR functional design and configuration relating to HR Core modules such as OM, PA, Personnel Relations, Payroll, Recruitment, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Timesheets, Personnel Development, L&D, C&B etc. In addition, will identify areas of operational improvement by utilizing system functionality and will also provide training programs, report design, and system testing.
Facilitates the configuration of HR Module implementation, testing and support to enhance the business functionality and overall performance.
Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP HR module, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations.
Develop, design and configure enterprise structure (Personnel Area, and Personnel Sub Area) and the Personnel Structure (Employee Group, Employee Sub group), configuration data and master data for Group wide implementation
Ensures HCM localization for Specific country is implemented (such as Gosi, visa category, Sponsor, Iqama/National IDand others)
Experience and knowledge of key integration points with other modules
Experience in master data standardization, cleaning and migration including LSMW , S4 HANA Cockpit (LTMC) formats.
Experience with standard HCM module & custom reports
