PetsWoof is a leading Pet Retail Store, We are looking for a candidate with Good Knowledge about pets and pet products,

Who is good in English and Kannada and has a Strong Customer Relations and Sales Skill and also has Computer Billing Knowledge.

As a Sales Assistance, you will oversee the following:

Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations

Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Monitor inventory levels, order new items and match the stock on delivery

Strive for high customer review ratings!
