We are seeking Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience supporting international clients, possess excellent customer service skills, as well as a strong proficiency in MS Office. As a International Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing processes, identifying Leads , and ensuring smooth operations within the UK team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the UK/ European team by managing and monitoring key processes
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations across all departments
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management
Manage multiple projects and tasks with varying priorities
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience supporting international clients
Salary : 20000 to 25000 plus incentives.
Strong customer service skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent sales and convincing skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
