Job Description:
Responsible to represent our company and carry out all the after-sales services like introducing, onboarding, surveying, offline branding, attending requirement calls, conveying existing and newly onboarded customer requirements, etc. within a specific region of the city.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing the onboarding of new party and introducing them to the product to help them throughout the process.
Visiting and surveying the existing/newly onboarded customers to take care of customer requirements and offline branding.
Acting as a point of contact for existing and new customers within assigned territory.
Making sure the product is operating well and other maintenance requirement are fulfilled.
Conveying the customer requirements and problems to Sales department for customer satisfaction.
Carrying out tasks given by the manager on daily basis for after sales services.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing/new customers .
Promote education of the company's products.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Candidate Preference:
Proven work experience in IT/Software industry as a Sales Representative.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent the company
Relationship management skills
Should be well known to Delhi NCR locations.
Must have Delhi NCR driving license.
Should have own vehicle (Transport Allowances would be provided)
Graduate in any specialization.
