Job Definition: Presentation, sales and pre-sales customer management of high-value residential apartments and Villas projects for a reputed real estate consultant company.
Your Role: One-point contact for customer enquires-in bound and outbound calls, Walk-Ins, Web Enquiries, Telemarketing etc.
Basic Skills: Personal and Telephonic Presentation skills Good command over English and Hindi; fluent Kannada is an added advantage Ability to pitch and close Sales Good collaboration and interpersonal communication Meticulous about documentation and routin Customer-directed thinking and problem-solving Competencies: Sales of premium or high involvement products Emulating good customer relationship management and service practices Reading of maps, awareness of connectivity in Bangalore is an advantage Comprehension of customer buying behavior for a home is an advantage Self-confidence in the presentation of projects and answering questions
Key Responsibilities:
Handling of new customer enquiries from first email/call to closure or pre-closure of sale of apartments and Villas
Customer documentation, tracking, and follow-up
Collaboration with the team at the projects
Proactive and systematic in tracking all enquiries and calls to strengthen the sales pipeline.
Track market trends and activities on ongoing basis.
Generate MIS-weekly/project wise
Experience: From any sales, customer service, or customer management background.
