Job Description

a) Vehicle Sales

1. Exhibit RE behavior code guidelines, exhibit deep understanding on auto industry especially 2-wheeler segment and of history of Royal Enfield & its product range

2. Receive all enquiries in the store.

3. Make sure that the customer receives a warm welcome at the showroom, is made comfortable and is offered appropriate refreshments

4. Conduct need analysis with the customer, vehicle demonstration and test drives to create a unique product experience, making customers feel the need to buy an RE

5. Demonstrate strong product and customer understanding to build trust and offer customers the right products from the portfolio

6. Facilitating test rides in store and at home/office

7. Engage customers on riding initiatives of RE/ dealer and other in use elements

8. Check for finance requirements, cross selling opportunities for gears and accessories from the customer

9. Guide the customer through the complete decision making process all the way from enquiry to the booking

10. Showcase strong customer orientation and ensure the customer has a RE brand experience through the sales process, right from first contact to booking

11. Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets set in line with dealership sales appendix

12. Drive sales for the dealers by selling profitably and maximizing value added services sales

13. Assist the CRE sales in carrying out lost case analysis

b) Process Adherence

1. Plan and manage all system level reporting and documentation requirement as per RECODE

2. Ensure data capture as per RECODE

3. Update and maintain the RECCE tablet with latest information on products, usage and riding initiatives

c) Customer Satisfaction

1. Own the customer satisfaction scores for the sales process

2. Ensure presence and owner ship of the customer vehicle sales

3. Conduct home visit if required to drive customer satisfaction

4. Coordinate effectively with relevant teams and stake holders to ensure smooth execution of required processes such as Test

About Accelerate Motors

1. Primary Responsibilities
a) Rides and community events
1. Draft the monthly activity plan with store manager as per norms set by regional rides manager for community and rides events
2. Event planning, location booking, customer invites as per event and the norms set by the regional rides manager
3. Event execution with help of CRT executives and sales executives for rides and activities respectively
4. Ensure RECODE and RE norms followed for event
5. Ensure all data captured for events and rides in the system
b) Test Rides bikes management
1. Manage the test ride bikes of the store as per the norms set by RE
2. Ensure adherence to the test ride schedule by all sales executive
3. Ensure maintenance and upkeep of the test ride bikes
4. Approve requests for experiential/ at home/ overnight test rides from sales executive
5. Design the test ride routes from store basis bike families and recommendations of regional rides coordinator
c) Social Media Presence
1. Create & Maintain Store's Social Media Presence
i. Audience - Engaging new audience and increasing following/ audience base
ii. Content - Using store provided templates/ guidelines to create content
iii. Event Calendar - Planning, organizing and sharing the ride and community meet calendar
iv. Rider Stories: Sharing stories from recent rides, community initiatives
2. Capture key moments like deliveries and booking taking place in store and post content on social media
