Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the assigned territory or product/service line.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify, research, and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, market visits, online research, and referrals.
Product/Service Presentation & Demonstration: Effectively present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and unique selling propositions of our [Specify Products/Services] to prospective clients, tailoring the approach to their specific needs and concerns.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, fostering trust and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Needs Assessment & Solution Selling: Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and preferences, and propose tailored solutions that best meet their needs.
Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales deals effectively and profitably.
Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the Nashik region to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies.
Sales Process Adherence: Follow established sales processes, from initial lead contact and qualification to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
Payment Collection (if applicable): Coordinate with clients for timely collection of payments and outstanding dues as per company policy.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, pipeline status, and market insights in the CRM system or designated reporting formats. Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal teams such as Back Office, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client support.
Promotional Support: Participate in local promotional activities, events, and campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation efforts.
Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate clearly, confidently, and persuasively with customers in Marathi and Hindi. Ability to understand and effectively respond to local dialects and nuances is beneficial. Basic English proficiency may be required for internal reporting or system interaction.
Travel: This role requires regular travel within Nashik city and its surrounding areas to meet clients and conduct market visits.
