Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Call leads interested in taking the treatment, explain the process and convert

leads to users

2. Chat with leads and existing users over Whatsapp to solve their queries and get

more sales / orders

3. Gain in depth product understanding to help answer the customers Queries.

4. You will be the brand voice and help us communicate the benefits of our

products and services in the best possible way

5. Ensure that all the related notes / call comments are properly documented and

suitable information is provided to customers

Skills & Qualifications:

1. You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English &

Hindi.

2. You should have 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development

3. An enthusiastic and energetic individual willing to work for a dynamic startup
