1. Responsible for growing the recurring revenue by engaging good customer relations
2. Have regular touchpoints with existing customers and look for opportunities and right fit - Account Management
3. Prepare a sales plan for customer acquisition and target new customers 4. Drive prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for maximum retention
Ensure accuracy of sales forecasting through weekly reviews call & update on prospects list
End-to-end ownership of the entire sales process from identifying the need to closure to billing
Generate proposals and maintain accurate records of all activities
Organize events - offline and online as applicable and create/ enhance brand value
Work with cross-functional department for smooth order execution, payment/invoices discrepancy, follow ups & service delivery as per SLA.
Plan & organize promotional campaign to achieve the goal & business growth.
Meet or exceed defined monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota from assigned territory/accounts
All other duties as assigned.
