1. responsible for growing the recurring revenue by engaging good customer relations
2. have regular touchpoints with existing customers and look for opportunities and right fit - account management
3. prepare a sales plan for customer acquisition and target new customers 4. drive prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for maximum retention
• ensure accuracy of sales forecasting through weekly reviews call & update on prospects list
• end-to-end ownership of the entire sales process from identifying the need to closure to billing
• generate proposals and maintain accurate records of all activities
• organize events - offline and online as applicable and create/ enhance brand value
• work with cross-functional department for smooth order execution, payment/invoices discrepancy, follow ups & service delivery as per sla.
• plan & organize promotional campaign to achieve the goal & business growth.
• meet or exceed defined monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota from assigned territory/accounts
