1. Responsible for growing the recurring revenue by engaging good customer relations
2. Have regular touchpoints with existing customers and look for opportunities and right fit - Account Management
3. Prepare a sales plan for customer acquisition and target new customers 4. Drive prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for maximum retention
• Ensure accuracy of sales forecasting through weekly reviews call & update on prospects list
• End-to-end ownership of the entire sales process from identifying the need to closure to billing
• Generate proposals and maintain accurate records of all activities
• Organize events - offline and online as applicable and create/ enhance brand value
• Work with cross-functional department for smooth order execution, payment/invoices discrepancy, follow ups & service delivery as per SLA.
• Plan & organize promotional campaign to achieve the goal & business growth.
• Meet or exceed defined monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota from assigned territory/accounts
• All other duties as assigned.
• Listen to customer problems and respond accordingly in a timely manner
