Responsibilities:

Handling Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally. Escalate complex issues to the Sales Manager.
Maintaining Sales Area: Ensure the sales area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Achieving Sales Targets: Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting our [Specify Products/Services].
Promotional Activities: Assist with the implementation of in-store promotions and special offers.
