Job Description

• Safety checks for the critical reactions in the site

• Monitor for the process violations

• Guidance and safety assistance such as training and awareness, etc

• Monitoring of critical reactions handled at site such as Hydrogenation

• Identification of critical gaps from the process safety prospective

• Spill control management

• Emissions control management

• Static electricity awareness and controls

• Control of Insulative containers use to prevent from static charge

• Manual operations and controls

• Contractor management in process operations such as functional safety trainings

• High participation in conducting emergency mock drills for potential fire/ explosive scenarios identified in the process

• Monitoring of compliance to pre-inspection checks for equipment’s

• Closely monitor for appropriate PPE use in process areas
