Retail Sales Executive

1) Greet customers and understand their wants or needs by talking to or observing him or her.

2) Explain customers about products available and how to customize items for special occasions etc.

3) Assist with any queries and go the extra mile.

4) Sampling sessions of Mithai for customers.

5) Tours of the space and sharing of concept of the brand

6) Help with billing, process payments.

7) up and maintain merchandise displays.

8) Upsell promotional items

9) Receive bulk order queries and take down all information for the Sales Manager to get in touch.

10) Collect guest feedback & maintain customer database.

11) Have an in - depth understanding of the products, processes and packaging and keep her/ himself updated on new items.
