AVP (Fundamental Research Analyst)

Responsibilities:

 Identification of Investment Ideas, Understanding Market trends and Financial statements

 Preparing Financial Models, formulating projections and performing different valuation techniques like

DCF, SOTP, NAV and Relative valuation

 Interpreting Financial data for determining past financial performance and projecting the financial

probability of process

 Investigating and Understanding key business issues behind the numbers and providing clear, concise and

timely analysis and investment recommendations

 Meeting Key Management personnel to initiate coverage in the form of detailed research report

 Focus on Companies Undergoing special situations like Mergers, Acquisitions, Demergers, Deep Value,

Rights Offering, Turnaround, Tender offer etc

 Forecasting and Assisting clients as per their Investment needs

 Product development based on Fundamental Research

Skills:

 Equity Research

 Company and Industry Analysis

 Building Financial Models and Valuations

 Strategy and Report writing

 Analytic and problem solving skill

 General computer skills: MS Office, Access, VBA

 Software Skills: ACE Equity, Bloomberg, Capital Line

 Proficient knowledge of MS Excel,

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Should be Accurate and responsible

Personality:

 Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense

 Efficient, effective and organized in both the physical and digital words

 Modestly confident and also personable, good humored and trustworthy
