Molecular Diagnostics, is hiring dynamic and goal-driven professionals for Regional and Area Sales leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of Molecular Diagnostics kits, POC devices, and related biotech products

- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base across Western India

- Strategize and implement territory-wise sales plans to meet targets

- Manage distributor networks and oversee forecasting, planning, and execution

- Collaborate closely with technical support and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills:

- RM: 10+ years of sales experience in Molecular Diagnostics/Biotech

- Strong network in hospitals, labs, and diagnostic centers

- Micro-management, sales forecasting, and distributor handling expertise

- MBA from a premier institute preferred
