Work with buyers, sellers, and renters to sell, buy or rent pre-owned properties throughout

the area.

? Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide the best real

estate solution.

? Serve as a representative for clients from start to the end of transaction closing.

? Create systematic and consistent lead generation from cold calling, referrals, lead

generation services through the data base.

? Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related

matters.

? Maintain highly disciplined schedule for balancing key activities including prospecting,

customer appointments, follow-up, and administrative details.

? Establish and maintained good relations with all clients

? Convince clients for Site Visit.

Graduates with 2 to 3 years of experience in Telephonic interaction with customers.

Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi and should have good communication They

should be computer savvy.
