2. Business Analysts- Project Survey will be responsible for

I. Identifying projects/ space available for leasing

II. Developing a strong relationship with leasing team in Developer

office

III. Tie-up and on-boarding of the property after due diligence

IV. Preparing of best use case scenario of the leasable space

V. Preparing of project portfolio

VI. Identifying target clients

VII. Preparing of presentation and business analysis case

VIII. Keeping track of development in leasable space, warehousing

segment

3. Meeting Developer/ Promoters of the projects, finalizing of commercial

terms

4. Achievers, motivated and smooth talkers with excellent PowerPoint

and Excel Orientation

5. Comfortable working in high tech environments on various CRMs

Focus Location for Project Acquisitions: Noida Extension, Noida,

Gurgaon and Dwarka Expressway
