1. Able to correspondence with factory for any technical issues, sample approval, product information or approval issue or any other required issue.

2. Effective follow up, coordination and liaison with factories.

3. Follow buyers requirements very sincerely and follow their comments to make a good product.

4. Implement various types of inspections to ensure quality standards and all technical specification is followed. Shall be able to do his own inspection planning.

5. Good written and verbal communication skills

6. Work on Product development according to the buyers instruction.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, keen attention to details.

8. Able to do Pre Production checks on products and inform the factories. Shall be able to conduct quality inspections at different stages of production and packaging.

9. Work with merchandising team & co-ordinate with supplier.

10. Should be ready to travel to visit the factories for inspection.
