Perform and coordinate inspections and determine quality assurance testing of raw materials, in process and finished products.

Prepare, document, and execute detailed test plans, and defect reports. Do CAPA (Corrective and preventive action) for defects

Review and approve quality requirements for manufacturing processes

To keep record of scheduled audit and its NC. Follow up for NC closure

To do Vendor Evaluation based on criteria specified and feedback on different parameters to reporting authority

To carry calibration of all lab and measuring instruments as per schedule

To carry first analysis of any customer complaint with use QC tools for root cause analysis

Record and upkeep all data as per IMS standard

To supervise processed to function as per Control Plan and quality standards

Monitor IMS system/ ISO 9001 procedures in the organization.

To audit working of shift supervisor and work on upgrading the skills by removing identified gaps.

Non Critical Role and Responsibilities

Training to operators on defects identification and remedy

Able to do clear communication with production department

Preparing QA MIS on monthly basis

Active participation in quality circles
