prepare and maintain qa/qc documentation related to pipeline fabrication, erection, and testing.

develop inspection & test plans (itp), quality assurance plans (qap), method statements, and other project-specific qc documents.

carry out inspection of materials, welding, ndt reports, hydro-testing, and other quality-related activities as per project specifications.

coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and client representatives for inspections and approvals.

monitor welding and fabrication processes, verify wps/pqr, and ensure compliance with project standards.

ensure testing and commissioning activities are documented and approved by the client.

track and facilitate clearance of all snag/punch points during execution and before project handover.

maintain quality records including material traceability, calibration records, and inspection reports.

provide quality inputs during project execution to ensure compliance with asme/is/api or client-specific standards.

support internal and external audits related to qa/qc.

work closely with project, safety, and site teams to ensure alignment with quality and hse standards.
