Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company's quality management system.
Actively participate in 5S and Kaizen initiatives to improve workplace organization, efficiency, and safety. Help identify areas for continuous improvement and implement solutions.
Create, maintain, and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, test procedures, and process flow diagrams. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant standards.
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using various testing equipment. Analyze test results and identify any deviations from specifications.
Properly operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring calibration and accuracy.
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and present findings to the quality team.
Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and participate in developing corrective and preventive actions.
Communicate effectively with other departments, including production, engineering, and customer service, to address quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with all applicable quality standards and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
0-2 years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment is a plus.
Familiarity with 5S and Kaizen principles.
Experience in creating and maintaining quality documentation.
Proficiency in using testing equipment (., calipers, micrometers, multimeters, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
