For Sales Executive
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.
Hands on 2+yrs experience in ERP Software Sales.
Having knowledge of ERP modules, systems and sales cycle is a prerequisite.
Managing the entire sales process from identifying potential customers, lead generation, and creating initial interest, through identifying critical business needs, demonstrating value proposition of key solutions, meetings, documentation, quotations & proposals, software demos, and closing sales in order to achieve sales goals.
Developing and driving sales strategy to expand market share and leverage customer relationships
Conducting the first meetings with the organizations from the customer pool.
Determining and reporting the needs of prospective customers by conducting pre-analysis processes.
Preparing and performing the ERP software demo together with the Technical Solutions team in line with the analysis results.
Successfully closing the sale by managing the post-demo offer and negotiation process
Good Convincing, Communication and Negotiation Skills.
