what you’ll do:

design, develop & deploy applications using python, flask, and sqlalchemy

write optimized db queries and build restful apis

work with agile & devops practices, contributing across the full sdlc

lead by example as a problem-solver and team player in an open, collaborative culture

what we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience in python (must)

strong in db queries (any relational db)

hands-on with flask (must), orm tools (sqlalchemy), docker (nice to have)

exposure to angular 18+ or react (highly desirable)

proficiency with git/github & agile methodologies

excellent problem-solving, communication, and accountability skills

flexible to work in 12 pm – 9 pm shift (hybrid: 2 days in office, pune)

only pune-based candidates, ready to join within 30 days

interview process:

technical round (60 mins)

presentation + on-screen coding (60 mins)
