Job Description:

1. Autocad drafting knowledge for all plumbing and firefighting drawings such as floor plan, SWR layout, water supply layout, Water supply schematic, drainage schematic, fire schematic, toilet elevation/details, terrace loop, OHT & UGWT details, WS system diagram, external layout, external drainage, storm, fire & water supply layout, duct elevation, water supply- riser schematic, Sprinkler layout, basement storm layout, etc.

2. Design Experience: the hands-on experience of plumbing and fire BOQ; Calculations, DBR. & hydraulic calculations are MUST

3. Site meetings, site visits, vendor coordination, client coordination, Project coordination.With architect, site project manager, supplier.

previous work domain should be: plumbing firefighting

Previous designation: plumbing design Engg./ a plumbing project manager, etc.

No candidate from the site supervisor, site engg. is useful as we do not want people from operations or

Implementation. We want from design.

Project work should be from residential and commercial.
