Job Location: Mahad MIDC-Raigad Maharashtra

Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Min 5+ years of experience in greenfield / brownfield projects in Chemicals Industry

Supervise and manage third-party contractors for timely execution

Prepare work schedule for project activities

Perform quality control checks on the workmanship and agreed on deliverables

Reconcile invoices against work completed on-site

Reconcile material consumption against the budgeted quantity

Report regularly on project status

Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications

Design support to on-site team by reading and interpreting IFC drawings

Manage project implementation complying with all Safety Regulations

Manage project team members, vendor, and construction contractors on site
