1. Candidate have Followings Responsibilities:

2. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

3. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

5. Check production output according to specifications

6. Submit reports on performance and progress

7. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
