Job Description

To handle the complete life cycle of client servicing. PMS clients are HNIs and hence need a high degree of professional approach to the same (spoken and written). NO SALES TARGETS.

The role includes the following

1. Explaining company services to the client.

2. Assist client in onboarding by completing the paperwork and KYC. Includes coordination for document dispatch and physical verification once received from the client.

*Prior experience in financial markets related to basic KYC regulations is an absolute must.

3. Preparing reports and statements for the clients monthly. Excel knowledge is an absolute must.

4. Sharing periodic reports with client by email and assisting client for any queries.

5. Attending to any other custom queries of the clients.

Qualities absolutely needed

1. Past experience at PMS, AIF, MF, etc.

2. Working in excel to prepare various reports on daily and monthly basis.

3. Highest level of ethical standards.

4. Honesty and Sincerity.
