responsibilities of these positions include, but not limited to:

· lead complex software development initiatives, with responsibility and by:

· identifying key architectural considerations, dependencies and risks

· collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to gain consensus on approach

· creating designs which meet system requirements and anticipate future needs

· writing high quality code and delivering reusable libraries and services

· driving adoption of best practices and guiding release planning efforts

· isolating and correcting defect patterns and delivering working software to production

experience and qualifications required:

· pega certification as an lsa is mandatory (clsa) (should have completed certification at least a year ago).

· 15+ years over all hands-on software development experience

· must have extensive proficiency in designing and monitoring best practices, debugging and tuning and be well-versed with using the pega platform to develop pega applications

· must have 10+ years of experience in developing applications with pega

· strong client facing experience

· must have a thorough understanding with practical application of integrations using rest, soap, and micro services

· must have demonstrated proficiency with relational database platforms (oracle, sql server, or postgres)

· must have good communication skills

· must be willing and able to operate independently

· must have experience conducting code inspections and reviews

· must have recent working experience with agile methodologies

· should have participated in a platform migration effort

· should have experience or exposure to continuous integration methods and practices
