key responsibilities

collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to track progress and adjust therapy goals.

maintain accurate documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and client progress.

provide training and guidance to caregivers for at-home exercises and therapy continuation.

ensure therapy delivery aligns with organizational standards and ethical practices.
