Job Title: Home Care Nurse (Registered Nurse) Role and Responsibility of Home Care Nurses: [ Candidates who have Nursing experience preferred] -Provide healthcare and comfort to patients at their residences. -Evaluate nursing assessment prior to providing in-home care. -Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming. -Helps patients care for themselves by teaching use of cane or walker, special utensils to eat, special techniques and equipment for personal hygiene. -Helps family members care for the patient by teaching appropriate ways to lift, turn, and re-position the patient. -Evaluate and document physiological, psychological cognitive status of the patients. -Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering in-home care to patients. - Think and act promptly in emergency situations. -Ready to work as per patient's requirements and needs Qualification and skill - Qualification- General Nursing,GNM,ANM, Nursing, Post , Diploma in Nursing Key Skills - Languages know- English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telegu, Malayalam (Any of these) - Skilled- You should Be [Registered Nurse] - Freshers with Nursing degree are welcome - Candidates with experienced Home staff Nurse can also apply for the job. salary 15k to 35 k
