Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Daily Check of Equipements: Daily check of UPS/AC/CCTV/telephone lines, whether they are working fine or not.

2. Electrical: Should be working practically for Single Phase/3 Phase. Sometimes he needs to replace the switches/lights etc. Who can promptly work on any Breakdowns happening in office.

3. Air conditioning: checking of A/C in the office premises, resetting the temperature by remote, opening of A/C unit to check whether all is working fine, finding the defect, trying to rectify the same with the help of A/C AMC Vendor.

4. CCTV: Checking of CCTV footage, Rectification of any CCTV snags (Wire checking, connectivity, view change, etc.), making sure that all Cameras are working fine - coordination with vendors.

5. Telephone Lines: Rectification of any line disturbance/dead, etc for all Extensions. Coordination with vendors.

6. UPS: Check if UPS is working fine, A/C temperature, cleaning etc.

7. Fire Panels: Check if fire Panels are in working condition. Smoke detectors, hooters, sprinklers etc. Coordination with the vendor for the rectification of the same, if any.

8. Planned Preventive Maintenance of Equipment: Periodic PPM for Server A/C, A/c, UPS, getting service done by the vendors.

9. Sound System: Maintenance of Sound system in TT Room, coordination during any Events, its connectivity, etc as and when required.

10. Facility Round: Taking a round of the facility, maintaining snag list to repair/replace the points in all technical aspects.

11. General Admin work: Other Plumbing/Carpentry work, etc and as and when required any Admin work to be done. House Keeping etc.

12. General work: Housekeeping, coordination with the vendors, for petty work, Helping in events if anything required, vendors bills processing etc.
