Primary Task: Loan Processing and Administration

? Receiving initial loan information and documentation from a Mortgage Broker

? Review and analyze all provided documents to determine acceptability.

? Ensure ordering of all necessary documents to complete the loan file including: title, appraisals; obtain payoffs and releases, credit reports, OFAC, flood certs, homeowners insurance, and other required documents.

? Preparing a home loan application through a software system up to the point where it is ready for submission

? Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance standards and submit to underwriting.

? Communicating with clients via email

? Communicating with the mortgage broker if additional information is needed or problems arise (via email, phone and video conference)

? Managing the loan application from approval through to settlement

Additional Tasks

? Data entry

? Complete pricing requests for clients by contacting/arranging with lenders

? Ordering up front valuations

? Touching base with existing clients by email on anniversaries of loans (. 12 months) making sure everything is going ok after 24 months book in to conduct review

? Create marketing emails (content supplied by broker) to send to client base periodically

Qualifications

? Previous experience as a loan processor or currently in a mortgage finance related field would be preferred.

? Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

? Strong customer service and organisational skills

? With strong attention to detail

? Ability to work to deadlines

? Good general computer and database usage skills

? With good sense of initiative and great confidence

? Proven ability to work unsupervised
